Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical design for scalable Salesforce initiatives spanning Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and integrated systems.
- Design, build, and optimize Lightning Web Components, Aura components, Apex classes and triggers, asynchronous processes, and platform events.
- Lead Agentforce service and field AI-agent development and embed intelligent automation into agent and field workflows.
- Architect Service Cloud capabilities including omni-channel routing, case automation, and custom agent experiences.
- Oversee Field Service Lightning implementations involving scheduling logic, dispatcher console customization, mobile extensibility, and emergency roadside workflows.
- Architect integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, MuleSoft, and other middleware.
- Build and maintain Gearset release pipelines integrated with Git workflows, automated testing, and quality checks.
- Lead technical delivery, enforce Salesforce security and governance standards, and optimize code quality, performance, and platform-limit compliance.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical guidance to business stakeholders.
- Identify platform improvements and opportunities involving AI agents, automation, and large-scale orchestration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated leadership in large-scale, multi-cloud Salesforce implementations and technical delivery.
- Deep expertise in Lightning Web Components or Aura, Apex, Service Cloud configuration and customization, integrations, Salesforce security and sharing, data modeling, SOQL/SOSL, and performance optimization.
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Gearset, Git-based workflows, and automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to influence architecture, establish engineering standards, solve complex Salesforce problems, and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, Service Cloud Consultant, Field Service Lightning Consultant, Agentforce, or Einstein certifications.
- Preferred experience includes Agentforce or AI-driven digital-agent solutions, MuleSoft or Boomi, third-party integrations, and insurance, field service, or roadside assistance domains.
