Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of scalable enterprise applications using ASP.NET Core.
- Define coding standards, conduct code reviews, and promote clean, modular, maintainable implementations.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams and resolve complex solution and delivery issues.
- Optimize ASP.NET Core service performance through bottleneck analysis, configuration tuning, and improved data access patterns.
- Implement secure coding and application-hardening practices for business data protection.
- Translate business and product needs into technical specifications aligned with governance, risk, and compliance requirements.
- Integrate internal and external systems through APIs and services while maintaining interoperability and data consistency.
- Work with DevOps teams on configuration management and deployment pipelines to support predictable releases.
- Monitor application health, coordinate remediation, and support defect triage through development and post-release phases.
- Document solution designs, implementation details, and operational procedures while promoting collaborative and inclusive teamwork.
Requirements
- Six to nine years of experience designing and delivering enterprise applications.
- Strong hands-on expertise with ASP.NET Core, including RESTful services, middleware, and modern web application patterns.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software engineering principles.
- Practical knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance concepts, including risk assessment, controls, monitoring, and audit readiness.
- Proficiency with relational databases and SQL for schema design, efficient queries, and secure data management.
- Experience with version control and collaborative software development practices.
- Familiarity with agile delivery methods, including planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
