Responsibilities

Support Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP, SCM, and HCM).
Monitor integrations and critical jobs across Oracle Fusion and connected systems.
Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and defects.
Support testing cycles, documentation, and release readiness.
Drive post-release reviews and implement process improvements.
Maintain detailed operational documentation and support playbooks.
Ensure adherence to SLAs and optimize support efficiency.
Provide functional/technical support for Oracle Fusion workflows and integrations.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

In-depth techno-functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications ERP, SCM, HCM.
Technical experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications security and integration framework.
Strong knowledge of tools used to modify UI in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
Understanding of databases, Excel, BI Reports, and related technologies.
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
Minimum of 3 years of experience with Oracle PaaS solutions.
Experience working with Oracle and third-party vendors for production support.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications are a plus.
