Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scripts, tools, workflows, and integrations that automate endpoint management, application deployment, provisioning, remediation, reporting, and user self-service.
  • Develop integrations with Microsoft Graph, Intune, Entra ID, Windows 365, ServiceNow, Azure Automation, Power Platform, and related APIs.
  • Automate Intune policies, compliance baselines, configuration profiles, application packaging, Autopilot workflows, update rings, and device remediation across Windows and macOS.
  • Build proactive remediation, telemetry-driven alerting, and self-healing capabilities using NexThink, PowerShell, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and related automation platforms.
  • Use Azure DevOps or GitHub for backlog management, source control, branching, pull requests, CI/CD pipelines, release documentation, and repeatable deployments.
  • Create automated validation routines for operating system updates, application deployments, Intune policy changes, Windows 365 provisioning, and user experience checks.
  • Contribute to Copilot agent governance, prompt and workflow automation, usage reporting, and controlled adoption of AI workplace tools.
  • Participate in Agile delivery activities including user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint activities, backlog grooming, demos, and operational handoff.

Requirements

  • Five years of related experience in workplace automation, endpoint engineering, or related areas.
  • Strong PowerShell scripting experience, including advanced functions, modules, error handling, logging, and secure credential handling.
  • Experience with Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, app registrations, Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and Windows 365 automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Automation, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar workflow automation services.
  • Familiarity with Git-based development, Azure DevOps or GitHub, work item management, pipelines, release controls, and documentation standards.
  • Understanding of Autopilot, compliance policies, configuration profiles, security baselines, update rings, application packaging, and remediation scripts.
  • Experience supporting Windows 365 Cloud PC, AVD, or virtual desktop modernization, including image strategy, application inventory, migration planning, and user transition support.
  • Ability to translate operational pain points into reusable engineering solutions, documented standards, and measurable outcomes.
  • Knowledge of macOS management with Jamf Pro and Apple Business Manager is preferred.
  • Experience with Digital Employee Experience tools such as NexThink for telemetry, proactive remediation, dashboards, and end-user experience improvement is preferred.
  • English language fluency is required.
