Responsibilities
- Design and write prompts for LLM-based agents.
- Build agentic tools and workflows using Netomi’s no-code platform.
- Integrate external and internal APIs with authentication, data mapping, and error handling.
- Implement unit tests, debug issues, and ensure agent workflow reliability.
- Apply resilient engineering patterns including retries, timeouts, idempotency, and lazy loading.
- Optimize agents for performance, cost, and fault tolerance.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and Delivery teams to ship production-grade agentic solutions.
Requirements
- Require 4–7 years of experience as a Software Development Engineer or in a similar role.
- Require strong understanding of prompt engineering and LLM behavior.
- Require hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON-based integrations.
- Require experience in unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Require knowledge of resilient system design patterns and non-happy-path handling.
- Preferred experience with no-code or low-code automation platforms.
- Preferred exposure to agentic AI, conversational AI, or workflow orchestration systems.
- Preferred familiarity with observability and monitoring in production systems.
