Base Salary
$131k - $237k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, enhance, and document ServiceNow applications and related software.
- Implement customer-prioritized ServiceNow features and functions using Agile development practices.
- Support ServiceNow reference architecture, security and development requirements, certification and accreditation requirements, and technical documentation.
- Develop and support applications, databases, and cloud services following industry best practices.
- Conduct unit, functional, and user testing.
- Analyze and document web-based application components, interfaces, databases, and web services or APIs.
- Support Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 service management and develop IT support documentation, workflows, knowledge-base content, checklists, and security plans.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
- Bachelor's degree with at least 12 years of relevant experience, or master's degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience developing ServiceNow applications and implementing technical solutions consistent with accessibility standards.
- Experience with Agile methodology, Jira, version control software such as GitHub or Subversion, service management systems, and compliance or performance management applications.
- Experience analyzing and documenting web-based applications, systems, services, databases, web services or APIs, and reports generation.
- ServiceNow Developer certification is required.
- Preferred experience includes working with sponsors and partner IT organizations, learning applications, language and performance management applications, cloud technologies, networking, platform hosting, HTML5, CSS, XML, JavaScript, WCAG 2.0 AA, and Tableau.
