Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, refactor, enhance, and modernize mission-critical applications.
- Develop and support UI updates, backend services, web or API components, ETL pipelines, and cloud-native or containerized systems.
- Work with distributed messaging and data-processing frameworks such as RabbitMQ, Redis, Celery, and Kafka.
- Use CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools to upgrade and operate applications.
- Advise clients and cross-functional teams on improving and modernizing existing systems while meeting security requirements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience maintaining and enhancing applications in an Agile environment.
- At least 3 years of experience with legacy enterprise systems and distributed or microservices architectures.
- Experience with web, API, or ETL components in modern, cloud-based, or containerized environments.
- Experience with RabbitMQ, Redis, Celery, or Kafka.
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD, Kubernetes, or Terraform.
- Top Secret clearance is required.
- Bachelor’s degree plus 8+ years, Master’s degree plus 5+ years, or 12+ years of experience in technical management or program management in lieu of a degree.
- Preferred experience includes Angular, .NET C#, Python ETL, TypeScript, React, FastAPI, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP, and vector, graph, or multimodal AI-driven pipelines.
- Preferred knowledge includes shell scripting, automation, DevOps/CI/CD practices, relational or hierarchical data structures, and functional programming.
