Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, cost-effective, scalable features for the WAF cloud infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain large-scale cloud microservices and contribute across backend, frontend, DevOps, automation, and on-premises code as needed.
- Own features end to end from design through production, including demonstrations, bug fixes, and team knowledge sharing.
- Support deployment, maintenance, scaling, and troubleshooting of multi-tenant cloud environments.
- Build monitoring dashboards and alerts using data, metrics, and KPI-oriented practices.
- Participate in production support and an on-call rotation.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, Customer Success, Sales, NOC, management, and internal teams to provide technical support.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a software developer or DevOps engineer.
- Strong experience developing large-scale cloud microservices, preferably with Golang or Python.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with databases, preferably NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes using EKS.
- Preferred experience with Redis, Kafka, React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Prometheus, Grafana, GitLab CI/CD, GraphQL, and Apollo Federation.
