Responsibilities
- Design and build enterprise web application functionality on a microservices platform used by senior bankers globally.
- Implement full-stack solutions spanning Angular frontend, Java/Spring Boot backend, and MongoDB/MSSQL data layers.
- Lead design discussions and deliver hands-on technical work within a small, high-autonomy global squad.
- Apply systems analysis, design patterns, unit and integration testing, and CI/CD practices.
- Use AI coding agents to accelerate engineering delivery.
- Review and test requirements while owning structural integrity, security compliance, and production readiness of deliverables.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on integrations and develop Corporate Banking domain knowledge.
Requirements
- Significant hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript, and HTML5.
- Experience developing API-first solutions using REST or GraphQL.
- Experience designing and implementing large-scale platforms with microservices architecture.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams with incremental, frequent releases.
- Experience with database design and queries across relational databases and NoSQL systems is highly desirable.
- Experience with Java and the Spring framework, or willingness to acquire that knowledge.
- Understanding of spec-driven development is desirable.
- Strong communication, systems analysis, design, testing, and software delivery skills.
