Responsibilities
- Design and implement technical solutions spanning AWS, Salesforce, and NetSuite.
- Improve systems observability and the reliability and correctness of data.
- Identify bottlenecks and friction points and propose process and system improvements.
- Lead projects from ideation through release.
- Develop customer empathy to guide improvements to business systems.
- Help and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience focused on distributed systems at scale.
- Experience shipping customer-facing products or internal tools.
- In-depth expertise in distributed systems and data processing.
- Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure, including Kubernetes, Fargate, Lambda, Airflow, Athena, DynamoDB, VPC, and EC2.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment and a passion for observability and reliability.
- Experience with data infrastructure and data analytics is a bonus.
