Responsibilities
- Design and implement technical solutions spanning AWS, Salesforce, and NetSuite
- Improve system observability and the reliability and correctness of data
- Identify bottlenecks and friction points and propose improvements to business systems
- Lead projects from ideation through release
- Develop customer empathy to improve internal systems
- Help and mentor junior engineers
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience focused on distributed systems at scale
- Experience shipping customer-facing products or internal tools
- In-depth expertise in distributed systems and data processing
- AWS cloud experience with Kubernetes, Fargate, Lambda, Airflow, Athena, DynamoDB, VPC, and EC2
- Adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment
- Passion for observability and reliability
- Experience with data infrastructure and data analytics is a bonus
