Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate system requirements and interacting parameters.
- Conduct feasibility studies and design automation solutions for customer infrastructure and system issues.
- Develop and test PowerShell scripts and automation modules for production systems.
- Create and maintain workflows and script documentation.
- Integrate PowerShell with multiple systems using APIs and webhooks.
- Maintain, improve, and add features to legacy code.
- Work closely with delivery consultants to support Nexthink Accelerate Services.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in development.
- Strong PowerShell scripting experience supporting large Windows infrastructure environments.
- Strong Bash scripting experience in macOS environments.
- Good Python scripting knowledge.
- Experience with contemporary development tools such as Git.
- Ability to interface with ServiceNow and other IT applications.
- Experience developing PowerShell solutions for Office 365, including SharePoint, Teams, Office Administration, and Azure Active Directory.
- Knowledge of infrastructure, networking, and security.
- A BA or BS in computer science or computer engineering is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, time-management, attention-to-detail, and independent-learning abilities.
