Base Salary
$170k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own product and platform development from defining scope through delivery, user testing, and launch cycles.
- Architect and rebuild Abby Care’s mobile experience using React Native.
- Perform mobile and full-stack software development for the caregiving platform.
- Partner with operations, clinical, compliance, product, and other cross-functional teams to solve real-world problems.
- Articulate technical initiatives and contribute to product direction and roadmap.
- Drive technical excellence through architectural work, technical exploration, and greenfield system development.
- Help uphold healthcare industry standards while contributing to AI-native platform development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience building, scaling, and maintaining complex applications.
- Strong, in-depth React Native expertise and the ability to lead mobile architecture.
- A product-minded approach focused on intuitive end-user experiences.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and architectural problem-solving skills.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with AI development tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude is strongly preferred.
- Backend development experience, particularly with Python, and/or modern web frameworks is preferred.
- Familiarity with Android and native Android development is preferred.
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership is preferred.
- Healthtech experience or strong motivation to build high-stakes software improving human health and home care is preferred.
