Responsibilities
- Design and structure large language models and neural network architectures for natural language processing.
- Tune model parameters and training approaches to improve performance, accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Support deployment and integration of language models into production environments.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and make technical decisions affecting multiple teams.
- Lead model-efficiency strategies, mentor team members, facilitate knowledge sharing, and coordinate cross-functional language-model efforts.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience designing and tuning neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
- Strong understanding of training models with large-scale unlabeled datasets.
- Ability to optimize model parameters for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with deploying and integrating language models into production.
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
