Responsibilities
- Design and structure large language models for natural-language understanding and generation.
- Design and optimize neural network architectures and training methodologies using large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Analyze model performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Manage model scalability, distributed training, and deployment challenges.
- Lead evaluation and integration of emerging technologies to improve model capabilities.
- Provide cross-team technical solutions, influence decisions, and advise multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience designing and optimizing neural network architectures for natural language processing.
- Strong understanding of training methodologies using large-scale unlabeled text data.
- Ability to analyze model performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Familiarity with distributed computing environments for large model training.
- Expertise in model scalability and deployment challenges.
- Strong subject-matter expertise, influencing, advisory, and team decision-making skills.
