Responsibilities
- Lead the development and refinement of large language model architectures for evolving project requirements.
- Design and tune neural network parameters for natural language processing tasks.
- Train and optimize language models using large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Improve model performance and scalability across computational environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate language models into broader systems.
- Provide subject-matter expertise, advisory guidance, and solutions spanning multiple teams.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key cross-team decisions.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in language model design.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience designing and tuning neural network parameters for natural language processing tasks.
- Strong understanding of model training techniques using large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Ability to optimize model performance and scalability across different computational environments.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art language model architectures and research advancements.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
