- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technology communities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to improve testing processes and software reliability.
Requirements
- In-depth technical knowledge and experience in software testing.
- Thorough understanding of testing principles and concepts.
- Ability to analyze factual information, resolve problems, and select appropriate solutions.
- Ability to communicate complex or sensitive information and influence decisions within the area of expertise.
- Ability to manage risk, strengthen controls, and follow applicable rules, regulations, and codes of conduct.
- Ability to lead and supervise a team, or develop technical expertise and advise others as an individual contributor.
