Responsibilities
- Partner with Product and Development teams to capture test case requirements.
- Plan, analyze, write, and execute automated test scripts.
- Automate and perform regression testing using Java and Playwright.
- Build test suites with automated test frameworks.
- Investigate software problems identified through testing.
- Collaborate with QA analysts and software developers to find solutions.
- Execute test cases, report defects, define severity, and prioritize defects.
- Validate AI-powered applications, including large language models, conversational AI systems, and AI-driven features.
- Use AI-assisted test automation techniques for test-case generation, test-data generation, defect analysis, and test optimization.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of software development and/or automated testing experience.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Playwright, or Selenium for designing and implementing scalable automated test suites.
- Knowledge of SQL concepts and Java.
- Understanding of TestNG, RestAssured, Playwright, automated test frameworks, and manual and automated API testing.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, GitHub, Confluence, Git, and Jenkins.
- Experience with configuration management, configuration concepts, continuous integration, agile software development practices, and DevOps.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Excellent English communication skills and the ability to work across technology teams and the business.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques for evaluating and improving AI-generated outputs.
- Experience testing AI-powered applications, including LLMs and conversational AI systems.
