Responsibilities
- Conduct rigorous manual testing to ensure software and game functionality work as intended.
- Identify, reproduce, document, and track defects in JIRA through resolution.
- Develop, maintain, and execute test plans and test scripts for game themes and features.
- Provide QA sign-off for production releases and verify live game events against design requirements.
- Use debug, administrative, and external software tools to diagnose issues and support software development.
- Generate status reports and other documentation, and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional software testing experience.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proficiency in software testing methodologies, procedures, test scripts, and scripted and ad hoc testing.
- Experience with the Atlassian Suite and add-ons.
- Strong troubleshooting knowledge of computers and mobile devices.
- Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
- Experience in free-to-play gaming and web/mobile testing is a plus.
