Base Salary
$200k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own customer onboarding end-to-end, aligning Serval to customer workflows.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation for customer self-sufficiency.
- Design and execute migration plans for seamless platform adoption.
- Serve as the primary technical resource post-sale, troubleshooting issues.
- Partner with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to improve products based on customer insights.
- Modify production code to fix bugs and extend product capabilities.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in an engineering role with customer interaction.
- Experience investigating production issues using code analysis and tools.
- Understanding of APIs, RESTful concepts, IAM, and SQL for data analysis.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to drive outcomes in ambiguity.
- Commitment to customer success and delivering high-quality user experiences.
