Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, implementation, and delivery.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team execution, and make team decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Plan and execute software development activities against project timelines and quality standards.
- Mentor team members and support their technical and professional development.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and align technical solutions with business needs.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow, the ServiceNow Platform, and ServiceNow Core Developer.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow workflow automation, integration, and customization capabilities.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures within ServiceNow environments.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on delivering business value through technology.
- 15 years of full-time education.
