Responsibilities
- Discover, evaluate, implement, and deploy software solutions for core customer-facing products.
- Extend and maintain business-critical applications.
- Help shape actionable requirements from complex and undefined business problems.
- Support experiment-driven innovation within the team.
- Reduce technical debt, automate processes, document decisions, improve software quality, and enhance developer experience and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and software engineers.
Requirements
- Be enrolled at a German university for at least two more semesters and study computer science or a comparable field.
- Be willing to work 20 hours per week and reside in Germany.
- Have some experience writing maintainable, reusable, self-describing, and testable code with TypeScript and other major backend or full-stack technologies.
- Have basic knowledge of designing and maintaining RESTful APIs.
- Have excellent spoken and written English; German is a plus.
- Bring an agile, results-oriented, creative, and enthusiastic approach to teamwork and new challenges.
- Energy industry or startup experience is a bonus.
