Base Salary
$160k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and write comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases for firmware and software validation.
- Drive the design and improvement of SIL and HIL environments for system-level testing.
- Manage firmware and software release validation, including manual and automated testing.
- Conduct root cause analysis of complex system bugs and follow up on corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into product requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and embedded systems testing.
- Deep technical expertise in Automotive, Software defined vehicles, and MCU/ECU architecture.
- Strong understanding of embedded hardware and debugging tools like JTAG.
- Experience with test management systems and automation tools such as Python-based Robotframework or Pytest.
