Responsibilities
- Track the enterprise portfolio and drive project teams in shaping consistent Salesforce platform architecture.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.
- Define and document current-state and future-state architectures, roadmaps, build plans, release strategies, and technical specifications.
- Mentor development teams and provide technical support and quality assurance throughout project delivery.
- Manage upstream, downstream, and third-party integrations while ensuring compliance with data governance policies.
- Lead technical problem-solving, change-control processes, documentation, compliance enforcement, and delivery of technical services and support.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Salesforce Developer or Architect experience.
- Experience defining systems architecture, technical specifications, platform roadmaps, standards, and integration methods.
- Experience with database design, middleware, user interface development, third-party integrations, and AppExchange offerings.
- Experience guiding custom development using flows, Apex, triggers, and web services.
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Force.com IDE, Salesforce APIs, SOSL, SOQL, SOAP or REST-based web services, SQL, XML, JSON, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with the Lightning Component Framework, Salesforce Lightning Design System, jQuery, or equivalent frameworks and libraries.
- Proficiency with Salesforce tools, DevOps practices, and modern development frameworks.
- Salesforce Admin, Senior Admin, Developer, Platform, or Application Architect certifications are preferred.
