Base Salary

$134k - $190k/yr

Responsibilities

Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce architecture, configuration, customization, and integration.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Develop Apex classes, complex Flows, Lightning Web Components, and custom Apex REST APIs.
Maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems while optimizing performance and security.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and administrators.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce APIs.
Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce architecture, configuration, and customization.
Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
Master’s degree and 12+ years of experience preferred.
Salesforce certifications, particularly Platform Developer I, are required.
