Base Salary
$134k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce architecture, configuration, customization, and integration.
- Translate business stakeholder requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Develop Apex classes, complex Flows, Lightning Web Components, and custom Apex REST APIs using best practices.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
- Optimize Salesforce performance and security and stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and administrators.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience with 8+ years of Salesforce development and administration experience.
- Experience with Sales Cloud with Wave Analytics, Service Cloud, Platform Encryption, Salesforce APIs, and integration patterns.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce architecture, configuration, customization, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II certification is desirable.
- A master’s degree plus 12+ years of experience, Adobe Experience Manager implementation experience, and experience with JIRA or Asana are preferred.
- Strong leadership, team management, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills are preferred.
