Base Salary
$191k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure GTM systems.
- Own and evolve the architecture across Salesforce and adjacent platforms.
- Drive GTM systems strategy and roadmap development with executive stakeholders.
- Apply First Principles Problem Solving to improve operational efficiency.
- Demonstrate Change Agility in leading platform modernization efforts.
- Partner with teams to identify opportunities for automation and AI capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal and external engineers.
- Champion operational excellence through automation and governance processes.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Engineering or related technical field.
- Extensive hands-on expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud and related platforms.
- Experience building AI-enabled workflows and business systems.
- Proven ability to solve complex business challenges using First Principles Problem Solving.
- Strong experience leveraging metrics and analytics for decision-making.
- Proven success in leading large-scale system transformations.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting technical concepts to senior leaders.
