Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers by providing technical consulting and guidance.
- Gather integration and automation requirements and lead solution design.
- Share best practices on deployment models and integration design.
- Act as a trusted advisor and customer advocate.
- Run post-onboarding health checks and guide customers on optimizations.
- Contribute reusable content for customers and the extended team.
- Manage multiple priorities and projects while delivering outstanding customer service.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in solutions and implementation consulting.
- Working knowledge of integrations and system design principles.
- Experience with SQL and cloud deployment models.
- Familiarity with at least one iPaaS technology.
- Ability to produce quality technical documentation.
- Preferred experience with JS frontend/backend and OEM/embedded SaaS.
