Responsibilities
- Transform new ideas from concept to scalable production systems.
- Build distributed systems for large-scale unstructured data extraction.
- Develop execution infrastructure for scheduling and failure recovery.
- Create agent runtimes for coordinating model calls and tool execution.
- Evaluate and apply emerging AI models and techniques.
- Own systems from design through production, including testing and observability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with production backend systems.
- Strong fundamentals in distributed systems, concurrency, and APIs.
- Experience with agentic execution systems and workflow orchestration.
- Proficiency in backend languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Familiarity with queues, databases, caching, and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with ML or generative-AI systems and agent workflows.
