Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based enterprise applications.
- Build Spring Boot RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions.
- Develop responsive user interfaces and integrate frontend applications with backend services.
- Design and optimize Oracle and PostgreSQL schemas, queries, stored procedures, and integrations.
- Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, defect resolution, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Manage source repositories, CI/CD pipelines, deployments, release management, and production support across Dev, SIT, UAT, Pre-Prod, and Production environments.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, DevOps teams, and external partners.
- Contribute to performance tuning, security compliance, and application modernization initiatives.
Requirements
- 7–12 years of experience as a Java Full Stack Developer.
- Extensive experience with Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, Oracle Database, PostgreSQL, SQL, JPA/Hibernate, design patterns, Git, Maven or Gradle, CI/CD pipelines, and Linux/Unix.
- Strong hands-on experience developing Java-based enterprise applications and cloud-native, microservices-based applications.
- Experience with deployment, release management, application troubleshooting, and production support across multiple environments.
- Strong object-oriented programming knowledge and user-interface knowledge.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
- Banking or financial services experience is preferred, with digital banking, payments, core banking integrations, and financial-platform experience as advantages.
- Exposure to regulatory and security compliance requirements in banking environments is desirable.
