Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and design appropriate solutions.
- Analyze client needs and configure solutions from a standard set of offerings.
- Liaise with delivery organizations to ensure effective transition and shape services.
- Determine service delivery locations and related costs.
- Work with client stakeholders to obtain solution sign-off.
- Provide expertise, guidance, and solutions to the team while contributing independently as an SME.
- Identify improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in solution architecture.
- Proficiency in solution architecture and strong understanding of solution design principles and methodologies.
- Experience analyzing client requirements and configuring solutions.
- Knowledge of service delivery processes and best practices.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains.
- Ability to translate AI innovation into business and productivity impact.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
