Responsibilities
- Build AI agents using Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and approved Python-based frameworks.
- Prototype agents, validate them with business users, and develop prompts, instructions, tool definitions, routing, and orchestration workflows.
- Implement grounding, citations, retrieval, context management, guardrails, and human-review patterns.
- Integrate agents with enterprise tools and APIs.
- Create automated evaluations and optimize answer quality, latency, reliability, observability, and cost.
- Support production troubleshooting, monitoring, feedback loops, and continuous agent improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field.
- Software development experience and experience developing generative AI, AI assistant, or agent-based applications.
- Strong Python skills and experience integrating REST APIs and cloud services.
- Experience deploying secure, testable enterprise applications.
- Preferred experience with Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Semantic Kernel, MCP, multi-agent systems, RAG, evaluation pipelines, citations, and tool-use controls.
- Azure AI Engineer or related certification is preferred.
