Responsibilities
- Lead the identification, refinement, organization, documentation, and implementation of workflow automation for business processes.
- Collaborate directly with customers and subject matter experts to develop or re-engineer processes.
- Configure, customize, administer, and support the ServiceNow Platform and applications, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and HR Service Delivery.
- Configure Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, and Service Portal platform capabilities.
- Deploy out-of-the-box ServiceNow functionality and generate workflows and integrations using current ServiceNow technologies.
- Create Automated Test Framework tests for produced code.
- Participate in an Agile Scrum team, including story point estimation, story lifecycle management, and Agile ceremonies.
- Prioritize multiple tasks based on client needs while maintaining quality and performance standards.
- Work collaboratively on client engagements and adapt to changing customer environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in a related field.
- At least four years of progressively responsible experience in operations, business management, technology strategy, project management, analysis, planning, or policy development.
- Experience with HR Service Delivery.
- Extensive knowledge of ITIL and Service Management processes.
- Experience configuring and administering the ServiceNow Platform.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, process improvement, and change management skills.
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
- US citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
- Prior consulting experience, preferably in the public sector, is desired.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM and/or Certified Application Developer certification is desired.
