Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and respond proactively to incidents.
- Collaborate with software engineers to enable secure, reliable releases.
- Automate deployment, testing, and scaling processes.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code and cloud security best practices.
- Improve system reliability and performance through capacity planning and tuning.
- Advance observability, disaster recovery, cost optimization, and broader DevOps practices.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and tools for the technology stack.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering.
- Strong expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions.
- Experience scaling applications and SQL and NoSQL databases for high-traffic workloads.
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools for operations and development, including AI-driven monitoring and automated anomaly detection.
- Deep proficiency with AWS, Azure, GCP, or Oracle Cloud and hybrid or multi-cloud architectures.
- Strong scripting or programming skills in Python, Bash, or Go.
- Understanding of networking, Linux systems, and security principles including zero-trust, IAM, and secrets management.
- Experience with cybersecurity tools and compliance frameworks such as SOC2 and ISO 27001 is preferred.
- Knowledge of observability stacks including Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and OpenTelemetry is preferred.
- Open-source contributions or a strong technical blog or portfolio are preferred.
