Responsibilities
- Design and implement security frameworks and components for data platforms and underlying cloud service providers.
- Deploy and manage data infrastructure services on Snowflake, GCP, and Azure using infrastructure-as-code.
- Manage and optimize GitHub Actions and Runners for CI/CD pipeline automation.
- Embed security best practices throughout the development lifecycle and maintain compliance with security policies.
- Configure, manage, and optimize internal security solutions for threat detection and response.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, the CSO, and vendors.
- Document infrastructure processes, configurations, and operational workflows.
Requirements
- Extensive experience securing critical enterprise data flows on Snowflake or similar platforms, including DLP, access control design, and data protection.
- Experience with DevSecOps practices, infrastructure automation, infrastructure-as-code, and security tool integrations.
- Good knowledge of SIEM tools and technologies such as Google SecOps.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud services and cloud security best practices, preferably with hands-on GCP security experience.
- Very good programming skills in Python, Java, or a similar language.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, cybersecurity aptitude, and the ability to identify and solve enterprise security challenges.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
