Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Perform QA and test automation activities, including API testing and test automation.
- Set up, configure, and maintain Jenkins jobs for automated test execution, reporting, and pipeline integration.
- Use Jira and Xray for test planning, execution, and traceability.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, manage team activities, and contribute to technical and project decisions.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
- Identify and implement testing and development best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Use AI-assisted testing capabilities to improve test coverage, efficiency, and quality outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of overall experience is required.
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar QA or test automation role is required.
- At least 4 years of experience with Playwright is required.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and scripts using Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Proficiency in Playwright and Selenium is required.
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with automated testing tools are required.
- Experience with Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, API testing, Git or Bitbucket, Jira, and Xray is required or expected.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments and familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies are required.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, written communication, verbal communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills are required.
- Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted testing capabilities is expected.
