Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex low-level drivers in modern C++ version 11 or newer.
- Develop tests and documentation for embedded drivers.
- Integrate existing drivers from suppliers.
- Review and approve requirements, architecture, design, code, tests, and documentation.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience with modern C++ for embedded firmware and drivers.
- Knowledge of low-level buses including I2C, SPI, MDIO, CAN, LIN, and Ethernet.
- Understanding of RTOS and embedded operating-system concepts.
- Experience with multicore development.
- Experience using gtest and gmock for C++ unit tests.
- Preferred knowledge of Tricore, ARM, or POSIX environments.
- Preferred experience with AUTOSAR-based development.
- Preferred familiarity with MISRA, CERT, or similar static-analysis standards.
- Preferred experience with Python and PyTest.
- Preferred understanding of safety and security standards relevant to embedded systems.
