Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based services, APIs, integrations, and reusable implementation components.
- Build scalable data ingestion, transformation, validation, automation, and business workflow pipelines.
- Integrate LLM, NLP, RAG, embedding, retrieval, and other AI capabilities into enterprise environments.
- Deploy and manage solutions across Azure, AWS, and GCP while ensuring reliability, scalability, observability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot production issues, analyze logs, perform root-cause analysis, and implement monitoring and operational practices.
- Partner with customers, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Own end-to-end implementation and deployment for strategic enterprise customers and provide architecture guidance.
- Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and codify implementation patterns into tools, playbooks, and accelerators.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience and 5+ years of hands-on Python development experience.
- Experience implementing AI-powered solutions, integrations, or customer-facing technical projects.
- Strong understanding of backend systems, microservices, and distributed architectures.
- Experience building REST APIs with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms.
- Proven experience working directly with customers and managing technical implementations.
- Preferred qualifications include LLM, RAG, NLP, AI application, agentic AI, Java, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, RabbitMQ, CI/CD, DevOps, startup SaaS, open-source, or technical thought-leadership experience.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, decision-making, and delivery skills.
