Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, install, and support application systems and programs in coordination with technology teams.
- Write, debug, and optimize SQL queries involving data validation, joins, aggregations, and filtering logic.
- Troubleshoot ETL processes, data pipelines, reconciliation logic, job configurations, and scheduled dependencies.
- Analyze large datasets and data formats for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and correct mapping.
- Use Java, Python, Unix, and shell scripting for application development, automation, and data manipulation.
- Analyze applications for vulnerabilities and security issues and conduct testing and debugging.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups to recommend and implement programming solutions.
- Advise or coach new and lower-level analysts and operate with limited direct supervision.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Bilingual Spanish and English language proficiency is required.
- Experience with SQL, Java, and Unix; the posting also references 0–2+ years of experience in these areas.
- Ability to write, debug, and optimize complex SQL queries and understand relational databases, schemas, indexing, and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of ETL tools and processes, data pipelines, and troubleshooting data flows.
- Experience with job scheduling tools such as Autosys and Control-M.
- Basic knowledge of Python, shell scripting, or similar languages; Python scripting and JSON proficiency are a plus.
- Experience with Git or similar version-control tools and the ability to troubleshoot reconciliation logic and job configurations.
- Recon domain knowledge is required; capital markets, data flow, trade lifecycle, and financial-services experience are helpful or preferred.
- Clear written and verbal communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills, and the ability to manage pressure and deadlines.

- Primary location salary range is $79,320.00–$110,680.00 annually.
