Responsibilities
- Design, install, operate, and continuously improve applications in Linux and cloud-based environments.
- Manage environments and configuration, including virtualization and containerization technologies.
- Set up, optimize, and maintain build and deployment pipelines using automation, Azure DevOps, Git, and scripting.
- Support firewall configurations, DNS, DHCP, network storage, load balancing, and other network infrastructure activities.
- Build, enhance, and operate monitoring and logging solutions for availability, performance, and IT security.
- Participate in on-call rotations, disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and stable 24/7 operation of customer applications.
- Support change, incident, and problem management processes.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, operational risk controls, and audit requirements, including preparing audit evidence.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to improve operational excellence.
Requirements
- Completed STEM degree or formal training in computer science or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in IT operations, administration, or enterprise software development.
- Hands-on DevOps experience with technologies including application or web servers, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, Elastic Stack, Azure DevOps, Git, UC4/Automic, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Ansible, or Puppet.
- Strong expertise in application support, monitoring and logging solutions, CI/CD pipelines, scripting, and databases.
- Understanding of client-server architectures, microservices, REST APIs, JSON, and TLS.
- Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and initiative to contribute new ideas.
