Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, optimization opportunities, and technical dependencies.
- Support decision-makers such as Product Owners and department heads by preparing relevant materials.
- Coordinate Capgemini and customer employees.
- Prepare and present relevant KPIs.
- Lead international development teams.
- Support the development of digital solution concepts, from product strategy and interface specifications through software architecture.
- Design efficient architectures and implement digital Pega solutions using established methods.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in the IT industry, preferably as a Software Architect or developer.
- At least 1 year of relevant development experience on the Pega platform.
- Pega Senior System Architect certification (PCSSA) is preferred; similar certifications are advantageous.
- Experience analyzing and optimizing business processes.
- Proficiency with supporting tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong analytical skills for developing customized solutions.
- Professional, confident presentation, hands-on mentality, resilience, and ability to work in a team.
- Very good written and spoken German and English.
