Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Pega applications supporting digital workflows, process automation, and cards and payments operations.
- Develop and optimize Pega data models, integrations, connectors, services, reusable components, and enterprise integration solutions.
- Translate functional requirements from business stakeholders into technical designs and application features.
- Guide team members through technical challenges and promote Pega development best practices, quality standards, and consistent delivery approaches.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance production applications through performance tuning, root cause analysis, testing, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 6–9 years of hands-on Pega Developer experience, including case management, rules configuration, UI development, and process automation.
- Strong expertise in Pega data management, integrations, connectors, services, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience developing, deploying, and supporting Pega applications in cloud environments.
- Experience working in financial services, preferably with cards and payments business processes.
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Preferred qualifications include cards and payments transaction processing, dispute management, customer servicing workflows, reusable Pega frameworks, enterprise-scale application architecture, production support, complex incident root cause analysis, and financial services regulatory, security, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and a Pega Certified Lead System Architect or Pega Certified Senior System Architect certification are preferred.
