Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and support the business-critical Verification platform.
- Lead the design and development of scalable, maintainable, and performant systems.
- Own hands-on technical solution delivery from development through production.
- Apply governance to solution design and set standards for code quality and delivery.
- Lead a small team of developers through solution design and development.
- Estimate work, produce solution documentation, and ensure accurate delivery of planned effort.
- Act as a technical escalation point during and outside office hours.
- Mentor and coach team members while distributing technical knowledge.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and support high-availability, multi-user, and service-based systems.
Requirements
- Experience developing high-availability, multi-browser-compatible software.
- Knowledge of Kafka, SQL, .Net, Golang, and TypeScript; similar or alternative technologies are also welcomed.
- Experience leading development teams and delivering technical projects successfully.
- Experience working with high-availability, multi-user, and service-based systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Patience and ability to mentor and coach staff.
- Good technical documentation skills, attention to detail, and high standards of work.
