Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and support ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules, including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
Customize workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI components.
Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations using IntegrationHub.
Create dashboards, reports, and risk metrics for compliance and governance tracking.
Gather and analyze requirements with business and functional teams.
Support platform enhancements, defect fixes, production issues, upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
Follow ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards.

2–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules.
Strong experience with JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer/Workflows.
Basic understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.
Understanding of risk, compliance, and audit management concepts.
Good analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder interaction skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
ServiceNow CSA/CAD certifications, ITSM exposure, and IntegrationHub experience are preferred.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
