Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and support ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules, including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
- Customize workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI components.
- Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations using IntegrationHub.
- Create dashboards, reports, and risk metrics for compliance and governance tracking.
- Gather and analyze requirements with business and functional teams.
- Support platform enhancements, defect fixes, production issues, upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules.
- Strong experience with JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer/Workflows.
- Basic understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.
- Understanding of risk, compliance, and audit management concepts.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder interaction skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ServiceNow CSA/CAD certifications, ITSM exposure, and IntegrationHub experience are preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
