Responsibilities
- Assess Java applications for impacts from Oracle database and JDBC driver upgrades.
- Implement code and configuration changes to resolve compatibility issues.
- Perform integration and regression activities, deployment, and production stabilization.
- Troubleshoot SQL and Oracle database connectivity issues.
- Manage Maven or Gradle dependencies and support unit testing and CI/CD processes.
- Provide production support and collaborate with application, database, infrastructure, DevOps, QA, and client stakeholder teams.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in Java backend development.
- Experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, Oracle database connectivity, and JDBC driver upgrades.
- Experience troubleshooting SQL and managing Maven or Gradle dependencies.
- Experience with unit testing, CI/CD, and production support.
- Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional technical and client stakeholder teams.
