Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable backend services and APIs.
- Develop and maintain streaming data pipelines for real-time data processing.
- Ensure backend systems are performant, resilient, and stable under load.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap and evaluate emerging technologies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in a senior role in AdTech or similar domains.
- Proven experience in designing high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems.
- Expertise in microservices architecture and distributed system design.
- Proficiency in Java and Go, with experience in Python for scripting.
- Hands-on experience with streaming data technologies like Apache Kafka.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases for high-volume applications.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Deep understanding of system observability and monitoring tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
