Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers on data and AI transformation initiatives.
- Guide customers in solving complex big data challenges using the Databricks platform.
- Lead large technical delivery teams and collaborate with partner organizations.
- Create designs and solutions for big data challenges.
- Document processes and whiteboard solutions for clients.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with Big Data Technologies such as Apache Spark, Kafka, and Data Lakes.
- 4+ years of experience as a Solution Architect.
- Expertise in Apache Spark, distributed computing, and Databricks platform capabilities.
- Proficient in coding with Python, PySpark, and Scala.
- Exceptional SQL and Spark SQL skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Spark optimizations and Databricks Lakehouse Platforms.
- Expertise in Azure and NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Redis.
- Strong understanding of data governance and security.
- Excellent communication and client-facing consulting skills.
- Willingness to travel for onsite customer engagements.
