Responsibilities
- Design and develop clean, maintainable, efficient, and scalable software applications.
- Automate software deployment processes using internal deployment platforms, methodologies, and tools.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to gather requirements and deliver business-focused solutions.
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests, troubleshoot software issues, and debug applications.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to software development and deployment process improvements.
- Create and maintain documentation for applications, deployment processes, and system configurations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed applications.
- Prototype, build, or integrate AI-enabled solutions and connect AI opportunities to business value.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional experience developing, enhancing, and supporting software applications.
- Experience writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code and troubleshooting moderately complex software issues.
- Hands-on experience with testing, debugging, code reviews, version control, and deployment practices.
- Working understanding of business processes, business outcomes, AI systems, large language models, their limitations, and practical business applications.
- Hands-on experience with AI development tools, frameworks, or platforms used to prototype, build, or integrate AI-enabled business solutions.
- Preferred experience with generative AI, LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt design, evaluation methods, or AI orchestration patterns.
- Preferred experience integrating AI into products such as copilots, intelligent automation, search, recommendations, document understanding, or predictive solutions.
- Preferred experience establishing responsible AI controls, including model governance, auditability, security, and monitoring.
