Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and support software applications and systems.
- Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and scalable code.
- Automate software deployment using internal platforms, methodologies, and tools.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests and debug software issues.
- Participate in code reviews and apply approved development and deployment standards.
- Document software applications, deployment processes, and system configurations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed applications.
- Connect technology decisions and AI opportunities to business value.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional experience developing, enhancing, and supporting software applications.
- Experience writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code and troubleshooting software issues.
- Hands-on understanding of testing, debugging, code reviews, version control, and deployment practices.
- Working understanding of AI systems, including large language models, their limitations, and practical business applications.
- Hands-on experience with AI development tools, frameworks, or platforms for prototyping, building, or integrating AI-enabled solutions.
- Preferred experience with generative AI, LLM, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt design, evaluation methods, or AI orchestration patterns.
- Preferred experience integrating AI into digital products such as copilots, intelligent automation, search, recommendations, document understanding, or predictive solutions.
- Preferred experience establishing responsible AI controls involving model governance, auditability, security, and monitoring.
