Responsibilities
- Monitor production environments distributed across multiple data centers.
- Manage critical incidents through escalation, troubleshooting, remediation, and root-cause analysis.
- Operate and administer infrastructure and services according to service-level and experience agreements.
- Collaborate with development and research teams to resolve production issues.
- Participate in application modernization and end-to-end delivery on Kubernetes.
- Implement and operate GitOps models for consistent configuration management.
- Automate and administer infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- Implement and maintain disaster recovery, backup, and information recovery capabilities.
- Govern continuous service delivery and drive performance and operational-efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on infrastructure deployments and support.
- Contribute to certificate automation, DNS, and infrastructure security initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in infrastructure and operations-related functions.
- University degree in a related field.
- B2 Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience working in critical production environments.
- Knowledge of infrastructure automation and deployment.
- Advanced skills in infrastructure engineering, infrastructure deployment, and infrastructure automation.
- Knowledge of data center orchestration and provisioning and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, GitOps, and Disaster Recovery.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and participate in technical decision-making.
- Network configuration and systems monitoring experience are desirable.
