Responsibilities
- Own key company-level problem statements related to host reservation management.
- Collaborate closely with PMs, Designers, Data Scientists, and TPMs.
- Identify and execute opportunities to improve the web foundation.
- Enhance developer experience, performance, and code maintainability.
- Participate in and uplift team culture and processes.
Requirements
- 6+ years of engineering experience with a BS/Masters or 2+ years with a PhD.
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Extensive experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
- Deep understanding of frontend architecture and build processes.
- Passion for delivering products from ideation to implementation.
- Ability to set and drive best practices for web client development.
- Personal projects demonstrating technical excellence and product sense.
- Interest in innovations within the web community.
- Nice to have: demonstrated design and UX sensibilities.
