Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix production software issues efficiently.
- Develop and own monitoring solutions for production and non-production environments.
- Create smaller complexity features and enhancements in existing system components.
- Automate manual tasks using installers, shell scripts, and Perl scripts.
- Provide feedback from customer users to internal engineering and product teams.
- Maintain records of problem analysis and resolution in an on-call tracking system.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven success in a fast-paced production support environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of business problems to provide relevant data and solutions.
